I've done a bit of research on coconut oil (http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/product_info.php?products_id=1883), but I did not know that a good use for it was to take it after donating blood. It does make sense that it would help the body though. I always get mine online because I can find it at a good price that way. The one I get is edible, but can be used for other purposes as well (hair and nails).
