Blood tests at bloodmobiles or donation booths

I was wondering how Blood Donation Booths like that of Habourfront Mrt conduct blood tests to identify the blood type without the help of complete laboratory equipment.
I need the reply quick as it is part of my school project..

There is a simple test kit to determine blood type.
