Atopic dermatitis (Eczema) donor eligilibity

Hi, My friend is currently sufferint from Atopic dermatitis, which is a type of Eczema. I would like to ask if he is eligible to donate blood.



I have checked the list in HSA website, this condition is not listed in the ineligibility list.

If he is not on medication and is mild eczema, he should be able to donate. To confirm, can call the blood bank :)
