Was diagniosed with pre cancer cells.
removed the leisions emiting the pre cancer cells.
why was such a donar considered a cancer patient instead of a still healthy person?
and why wont the WHO recognised pre cancer as cancerous and allow for patients to claim insurances?

i understand your frustration not being to donate blood. the reason blood bank don't allow you to donate blood could be just a safety precaution, for others as well as yourself. you need to take care of your own health.
i am not sure. to confirm, you can ask the doctors at the blood bank at

viciouskitty74,
Even if you can't donate, you can make a contribution by volunteer with Singapore Red Cross by joining their Blood Donor Recruitment Programme. if you can encourage two people or more to donate blood, it will be more beneficial than if you donate blood yourself.

The sad part is.
I can advise and organise for blood donars.
But instead of dealing with me as a possibility of such persons to introduce more donars. I was simply treated as a reject and expected to leave the HSA facility in shame for my diesease.
How, in the world am I to find that treatment worthy to encourage other donars to come forward where they might be treated like sewage if they are discovered to be unwell?

maybe you can write to HSA through http://www.hsa.gov.sg/internet/dcController?next=i_feedback
to understand why you are rejected. by understanding the reason, you will feel better. maybe they will even reconsider.
