my first blood donation

how it all started? actually i got no intention to donate blood in the first place. it all started when i was studying in polytechnic and there was a blood donation drive. i was curious how it is like to donate blood because i have never done it before. therefore i got some friends to go with me (no. i am not scared just want them to join in the "fun"). that was the 1st donation i made. ever since i have been a so called "regular" blood donor.
from twice a year to 3 times and 4 times and so on. so long as after 3 months or so and i don't appear sick or anything, i will make it a point to make a trip down to HSA for a donation.

wanted to start in 2004 actually but fail because of my bad rash on my arm in my NSF days.

ended starting in 2007 together with my girlfriend and been a regular since then.

Haha..well, mine was 'force' to, during my Army days...
i believe it happened in 87', was advise to 'donate' (at time, it was so called advise by OC).:D

What are the rewards for taking the "advice" by your OC? Any penalties for not taking? :D

Oh, no, no penalties ofcourse!! just simply follow rountine exercise like SOC.:D
which the timing is just 'right'.
Those who donated, no rewards as well, just watch movie at lecture room.
so, SAF is still fair lah!lol
