Is it better that the HSA will email the donors also?
Like when is going to reach their donation date. The system can auto send out email to remind them the next donation date.
Even better that the system will email from 1 week before the donation date is due.

I second this suggestion! In fact, I would also prefer to receive the regular mailout from HSA by email instead of by post. However, I am not sure if email addresses are captured during blood donation drives?

Maybe HSA staff watching this space can consider implementing this in future?

Yes, also mass email will be much more convenient when there is a serious shortage of blood stock rather than making phone calls.

Hi, this is Sharon from the Blood Donor Recruitment Program.
