You can call the blood bank at 6213 0626 to find out or check online if you have a singpass.
this is the website to book your next blood appointment. Your last donation date will be shown. You need a singpass to login.

No, you can't. the minimum interval is 12 weeks. even one day earlier, blood bank won't accept.
if you wish to donate more frequently, you can donate platelets or plasma every 4 weeks, and donate whole blood every 12 weeks. however, platelets and plasma donation are not available at mobile blood drive. it is only available at the blood bank at HSA and NUH.
Donors are advised to have a minimum of at least 12 weeks interval between each Whole Blood donation. This is to ensure that the iron stores in your body is not depleted.

11 days sure cannot lah. last time, one day earlier than 12 weeks is acceptable, as the minimum interval is 10 weeks if the hameoglobin level is slightly higher. now blood bank no longer allows 10 weeks.

The new questionaire for donors before they can donate blood includes one that ask whether you have donated blood in the past 12 weeks. so blood bank is getting more stringent on the 12 weeks criteria.

It will be good if one can check on line when he/she can donate blood after the last donation. I remember vaguely that it's supposed to be 10 weeks after the last donation. Hope the blood bank can review this .

yes, you can check online with your Singpass at
http://www.hsa.gov.sg/osc/portal/jsp/AA/process.jsp?eService=8
in the past, people can donate whole blood on an interval of 10 weeks if they have haemoglobin level of at least 13.0 g/dl for males and 12.5 g/dl for females. For interval of 12 weeks and above, the required haemoglobin level is at least 12.5 g/dl for males; At least 12.0 g/dl for females.
However, blood bank has recently stop the shortened interval of 10 weeks. min interval is now 12 weeks, even if one has higher haemoglobin level.
"Donors are advised to have a minimum of at least 12 weeks interval between each Whole Blood donation. "

after entering your Singpass at http://www.hsa.gov.sg/osc/portal/jsp...jsp?eService=8 (http://www.hsa.gov.sg/osc/portal/jsp/AA/process.jsp?eService=8) , click on book or change appointment (if you have booked one).
Then a display will pop out. Your next eligibility date will be indicated. for eg:
"Your last successful donation was on : 03 FEB 2006
Your next eligibility date for Plateletpheresis donation starts from : 03 MAR 2006"
alternatively, just add 12 weeks for whole blood donation from your last donation. your last donation date can be found on your blood donor card. or you can call the blood bank at 6213 0626 to find out your next eligibility date.
