Steven,
Your enthusiasm to donate is admirable. :) However, you have to wait until you are 16 years old and with your parental consent before you can donate.

You can find the consent form at
http://www.hsa.gov.sg/docs/parentconsentfinal.pdf (http://www.hsa.gov.sg/docs/parentconsentfinal.pdf)

So am i right to say that if next year i want to donate, i will have to print the consent form out from the supplied link? Or do i have to go to the centre to get a form.

You can print the form from the supplied link and get your parent to sign. then bring the form along to donate.
